The Wheel pose - Chakrasana
Helps keep spine strong, works on the endocrine system and targets adrenals. Also a chest opener and great to create strength in shoulders, legs, arms. This version is using props, that you can slowly progress to over time.
Even with use of props, all the benefits of this powerful and heart opening pose can be experienced.
Please make sure you are warmed up well and always listen to the body, don’t push pass pain or weakness.

Ideally with a yoga teacher (check masterclass details)
Only after you have warmed up.
When you are feeling down, lethargic, emotional.
When you want to create belief in yourself that you can do what you set out to achieve.
How to do it :
Warm-up Essential: Proper warm-up for the shoulders, spine, and hips is crucial to avoid injury
Use props like blocks, cushions, Swiss ball like shown here.
Make sure you are body and breath aware.
The Swiss ball tends to move, so extra care must be taken especially if you decide to push up into wheel like shown in video.
