Sleep, is one of the most important cornerstones of health, and it’s often the first thing to be disrupted as hormones begin to shift. Falling asleep feels harder. Staying asleep feels unpredictable. So, feeling rested becomes an alien feeling, something you crave, rather than something you rightfully own.
The Rightful Rest Challenge is a self led practice. I’ve called it “a challenge” because, for many women, making time for themselves is the challenge.
Slowing down, honouring you and the time with yourself. It’s an invitation to self-connection and nervous system support before sleep, with simple, short and accessible practices designed for you to really wind down so that you fall asleep and stay asleep. Even my skeptical students have had amazing results.
The Rightful Rest Challenge is about reclaiming your rest without guilt. Practices are designed to be done just before bed/in bed or even in pockets of time you can find during the day.
