Desktop Yoga

Bringing her corporate yoga experience over from India, Purnima now offers, Desktop Yoga programmes as a practical wellbeing service for companies and corporates in New Zealand.

Short, guided sessions are delivered at the desk, in work clothes, and fit seamlessly into the workday. Using movement, breathwork, and awareness practices, sessions reduce stress, restore focus, and support sustainable performance.

Having delivered Desktop Yoga to organisations such as Arvida, Essano, NZX, NZIE, and Healthlink during the pandemic, these programmes supported employees through a period of significant disruption — helping teams manage stress, stay connected, and maintain focus during a challenging time.

These can be offered in person or online so are suited to both smaller intimate sessions at the workplace or easy to implement online to companies with larger teams, dispersed in different office locations.

WWW workshops

WWW - Workplace Wellbeing for Women is a workshop supporting women’s health at work.

Focusing on stress regulation, hormonal health, and sustainable performance, helping organisations reduce burnout, support retention, and improve focus, decision-making, and energy for the women at their work place.

The workshop combines evidence-informed education with simple, embodied practices, while addressing the mindset shift women often need, moving from self-neglect and “pushing through” to proactive self-leadership that supports long-term energy, performance, and wellbeing.

Drawing on over 18 years in the corporate world and her own experience navigating hormonal change during midlife Purnima brings both professional insight and lived understanding to this work. She is deeply committed to supporting women who juggle multiple roles and identities, helping them sustain their health, confidence, and capacity at work.
