BACK2You - 4 week private coaching container

This is a four-week private coaching container for the woman who knows her health is her best investment. She is ready to heal her hormones naturally and fall in love with her body, her career and her life. She wants to feel proud of who she is becoming as she moves through perimenopause and believes she has the power to heal her hormones naturally and tap into her body’s innate wisdom. Each week we add on building blocks, complementing and supporting to create an integrated approach, using proven and evidence based yoga and ayurveda practices that work on the interconnected aspects of human experience and well-being: the body, mind, breath, emotions and your soul (self). We proactively identify the most pressing symptoms that you experience and put in solutions that effectively impact them to experience relief. What's unique is the dual approach we use to address the body’s healing through two angles: through the layers of the body known as KOSHAS as well as personalized to your body’s individual characteristics (DOSHAS). We work with your yoga proficiency, current priorities, schedules, lifestyle and habits so the practices fit into YOUR life and make this wellness approach sustainable and work for YOU. WEEK 1 - Body WEEK 2 - Breath WEEK 3 - Mind WEEK 4 - Self Includes: > 1 x live practice together on zoom, each week on a day and time that suits your schedule (recording for self-practice) > Journaling prompts, workbooks and questionnaires to understand yourself better and put down foundational groundwork in order to support you through this transformation > A pre-recorded guided sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra) to integrate your practices on the foundation of ‘REST’ that you are encouraged to practice as much as you can > Accountability and support via Telegram for the duration of the 4 weeks from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00am - 7:00pm NZT Its your time to shine, do all those things and more that you have been wanting to, show your children, how its done!
